About Tibyan

The Tibyan Islamic & Arabic Language Institute is dedicated to teaching Arabic and Islamic sciences to children and young people in a way that is engaging, age-appropriate, and anchored in sound pedagogy.

About

Our story

Tibyan was founded to give families a place where Arabic and Islamic sciences are taught with clarity, care, and consistency—not as an afterthought, but as a structured part of a child’s week.

We combine classical objectives (correct recitation, strong literacy, sound understanding) with classroom routines that match how young people learn today: clear goals, regular practice, and encouragement at every step.

Whether your child is taking their first steps in Arabic or building on prior study, our programmes are designed to meet them where they are and move forward with confidence.

Mission

To provide high-quality education in Arabic language and Islamic sciences, empowering students to read, understand, and live their faith with confidence while appreciating the richness of the Arabic language.

Vision

To be a leading institute where every learner develops strong Arabic literacy, sound Islamic knowledge, and the values needed to contribute positively to family and community.

How we teach

Lessons are planned in levels so skills build over time. Teachers use a mix of direct instruction, guided practice, and age-appropriate activities so that reading, writing, and speaking reinforce each other. Islamic sciences are taught in a way that connects belief, character, and everyday life—never disconnected from who our students are.

What you’ll find at Tibyan

Our programs combine Arabic language development with Islamic sciences so students build both skill and understanding over time.

Structured Arabic pathway

From letters and phonics to comprehension and expression, with ongoing assessment so placement stays right.

Quran & tajweed

Correct pronunciation and memorisation at an appropriate pace, with attention to meaning where suitable.

Islamic sciences & adab

Aqeedah, fiqh, seerah, and manners—taught clearly and reinforced through discussion and example.

Community & communication

We keep parents informed and welcome dialogue so learning continues at home in a supportive way.

Who we serve

Programmes are grouped to suit different ages and prior exposure. Exact groupings may vary by intake; we’re happy to advise during admissions.

1

Foundation — early literacy, Arabic letters and sounds, and introduction to Quran and adab in a nurturing setting.

2

Primary — building reading and writing, expanding vocabulary, and deepening Islamic studies in line with age.

3

Secondary & youth — stronger Arabic expression, textual engagement, and broader Islamic sciences with higher expectations and projects.

Staff & ethos

Our team is committed to professional, respectful relationships with students and families. We invest in ongoing development so teaching methods and materials stay effective and relevant. Safeguarding and a positive learning environment are non-negotiable.

Families & partnership

We see parents as partners. Regular updates, open channels for questions, and clarity on expectations help everyone pull in the same direction. Events and assemblies, where offered, bring the community together to celebrate progress and reinforce values.
